“Most of the time, we may think that the “customer is King” because they have the choice to choose what is best for them. Although this is true to some extent, it doesn’t mean that they are going to make the right decisions all the time, as we may think.
If they have made decisions in this way, then most companies wouldn’t have to spend so much money on marketing and advertising to reach the top of mind.
So instead of saying “Customer is king,” let’s flip the script and ask, “How can we make our customers king?” This is where content comes into play to help them make the right choice. Although not everyone will buy our product, it’s still an effective way to alleviate their fears and help them move forward in the buying journey.
