Tracy-Locke is looking for a Assistant Copywriter to join our team!

The Assistant Copywriter’s primary responsibilities are to support the copywriter and senior copywriter in the creation of compelling copy that drives commerce for their client(s).

Responsibilities

• Novice understanding assigned brands, categories and competitive landscape.
• Begins to understand brand’s tone of voice and works to craft copy that embodies it.
• Supports writers and cross functional team members to creatively solve client challenges.
• Actively participates in brainstorms and concept development.
• Supports copywriters and senior copywriters by crafting copy solutions across all mediums.
• Maintains awareness of writing practices and trends.
• Embodies the values and culture of the agency.

Qualifications

• Education: BA/BS and/or graduate from Ad/Portfolio school.
• Portfolio which represents abilities to concept and design compelling work.
• Proficient in Keynote, Word.
