As an Associate Content Writer, you will be responsible for the following:
- Conducting thorough research and writing informative neighborhood guides targeted at prospective home buyers, showcasing the unique attributes and characteristics of each community.
- Crafting compelling video scripts that complement and enhance the neighborhood guides.
- Conducting interviews with local real estate agents to gain valuable insights and a deeper understanding of the neighborhoods being covered.
To excel in this role, the following skills and experience are required:
- 1-3 years of writing and editing experience, demonstrating a strong command of language and a keen attention to detail.
- Previous experience in writing about real estate and/or local communities, showcasing your ability to effectively communicate information in an engaging manner.
- Proficient proofreading and fact-checking skills to ensure accuracy and credibility of the content produced.
- Familiarity with the Associated Press Stylebook (AP Stylebook) guidelines, ensuring consistency and adherence to industry standards.
