Jenni Kayne and Jenni Kayne Home are in search of a skilled and imaginative Brand Content Coordinator to join our in-house creative and marketing team.

As the Brand Content Coordinator, your role will be pivotal in connecting our brand marketing team and production, ensuring the seamless and efficient execution of photoshoots and content creation across various social platforms.

Leveraging your creative expertise and coordination aptitude, you will be instrumental in upholding the aesthetic essence of our brand and bolstering our marketing and production endeavors.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Creative Photoshoots: Your responsibility will encompass aiding the Director of Brand Creative & Social in all facets of creative photoshoots and content curation. This entails overseeing comprehensive photoshoots as well as content creation for social media outlets.
  • Social Content Creation: Formulate and generate captivating social media content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest. Employ your inventiveness to craft visually arresting graphics, animations, concise videos, and other content formats that harmonize with our brand identity. Feedback and Direction: Partake in the feedback and direction procedure, ensuring lucid and effective communication among the diverse teams engaged in the creative process.
  • Concept Development and Strategy: Cooperate with the team in conceiving creative concepts and strategies for marketing campaigns and social media content schedules.
  • Cross-Departmental Communication: Facilitate communication and coordination between internal departments, including marketing, production, and purchasing, to ensure the seamless execution of creative undertakings and social content initiatives.
  • Video Editing: Carry out video editing responsibilities for social media channels, brand initiatives, and external partnerships, formulating visually captivating and shareable content.
  • Photoshoot Attendance: Be present at creative photoshoots at Jenni Kayne and Jenni Kayne Home venues to capture behind-the-scenes content for social media sharing.
  • Blog Photoshoot Support: Extend assistance during Jenni Kayne Blog photoshoots, capturing and editing content for social platforms and blog articles.
  • Creative Process Oversight: Monitor the precision and finalization of various stages of the creative process as delegated by the Director of Brand Creative & Social. This encompasses aggregating assets, generating graphics, securing approvals, and delivering final social content.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in coordinating creative photoshoots and content curation, preferably within a brand marketing setting.
  • Proficiency in organizational skills and project management.
  • Competency in video editing and content creation tools.
  • Exceptional communication and collaborative abilities to work harmoniously with diverse teams.
  • Keen attention to aesthetics and detail to uphold the brand’s visual identity.
  • Established track record in formulating captivating social media content spanning multiple platforms.
  • Familiarity with prevailing social media trends and optimal practices.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to excel in a hybrid role, dividing time between the Santa Monica office and Downtown LA studio.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to move and lift heavy objects (15 pounds or more) from time to time as required

The annual base salary range for this position is $75,000 – $85,000. The base salary is determined by experience, education, skills, and location.
