Regis Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to fill the open role of Manager of Brand Content & Agency Management.

This position will lead the development, execution, and management of our brands’ content strategy and collaborate with external agencies and internal program managers to ensure the consistent delivery of impactful and compelling brand messaging across various channels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in brand strategy, content creation, and agency relationship management in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Build and own comprehensive agency relationships for Regis directing lead brand agency to deliver comprehensive brand position and content strategies.
  • Manage individual agencies to develop innovative PR and social media strategies that align to brand goals for efficient and thoughtful execution across channels.
  • Understand the brand mission for each of the Regis flagship brands and develop and drive creation of comprehensive brand content strategy to achieve marketing and business objectives.
  • Own calendarization and planning to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and communications, to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all touchpoints.
  • Direct and oversee agencies in the production of high-quality and engaging brand content, including but not limited to videos, articles, social media posts, and other multimedia materials.
  • Manage relationships with external creative agencies, ensuring timely and successful delivery of projects, campaigns, and initiatives.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and consumer insights to refine and enhance the brand’s content strategy. Evaluate campaign strategy and results to assess impacts on brand awareness, brand positioning, and traffic.
  • Drive evolution and management of brand guidelines, templates, and other creative assets, engaging with agency partners as needed.
  • Represent Regis Marketing effectively with external constituents, franchisees, and agencies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in brand management, content strategy, or a related role, with a demonstrated track record of creating and executing successful content campaigns.
  • Proven experience in managing external creative agencies, including contract negotiation, project management, and performance evaluation.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, social media platforms, and content distribution channels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to use insights to drive informed decisions.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks to achieve results.
  • Ability to diplomatically work with internal and external partners.
  • Ability to remain objective and composed while working in a demanding environment.
  • Position may require occasional air and overnight travel.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in hair/beauty industry or within a franchise organization.
  • Familiarity with Asana, Google Docs, Dropbox, and other digital collaboration tools
  • Previous leading cross-functional projects.
