Our client has a brand new opportunity for a Content Coordinator to join their team for a remote position.
The ideal candidate is passionate about pairing business and customer needs with content planning to help create new best-in-class templates that resonate with customers and achieve amazing business results.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Understand the client template collection and how they are serving customer intents today (while taking into consideration other client apps and leading competitors)
- Incorporate the highest-priority intents (SEO, product team needs) into content plans to help build breadth, depth, and diversity in the overall collection
- Create new AI-optimized templates that work well with Copilot
- Identify other content opportunities and unmet needs, leveraging industry knowledge, competitive and cultural trends, customer research, customer signals, and available reports
- Recommend intent-based plans for content development (ideation, research, creative brief) and then use those plans to create alignment with product, content & design
- Monitor content performance & share ongoing insights into template engagement
Required Skills And Qualifications
- Minimum 7+ years in creative content development, preferably in digital media or tech industry
- Content strategy experience optimizing a large digital content portfolio
- Proven track record researching customer use cases and using data to inform content plans
- Familiarity with content strategies to improve SEO and other content performance measures
- Ability to communicate concepts to team via creative briefs
- Grasp content lifecycle and workflow
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Designer a plus
- Proficiency with popular social media platforms a plus
- High degree of user empathy
- Customer and data obsessed, always learning and refining to deliver user delight and business impact
- Ability to switch and balance big-picture thinking and distilling concepts to nailing the details
- Ability to express ideas with clarity and drive alignment with cross-organization stakeholders
- Exceptional critical-thinking and communication skills
- High degree of fluency in English language
$40.00 – $49.50 per hour
