Responsibilities

  • Become a subject matter expert on Quest, Inc.’s various programs and initiatives to adequately source and relay content in a variety of print and digital formats.
  • Acquire photo assets at a professional level and edit/archive for print and web distribution.
  • Acquire video assets at a professional level and edit/archive for broadcast and web distribution.
  • Help manage photo catalog for the organization
  • Provide event photography and videography as needed
  • Provide product photography as needed
  • Regularly conduct interviews on camera and occasionally by phone
  • Display enthusiasm for the mission of Quest and the individuals we serve.
  • Follow all policies and procedures of the department and the organization.
  • Serve as an active member of the Marketing and Communications team and assist with other department projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum education requirement includes a High School diploma and at least two years of college education, preferably in photography, videography or graphic design.

Experience/licenses/certifications needed. Experience can be substituted for education, however, must meet the minimum requirements below:

  • 3 years or more of relevant experience
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Experience in DaVinci Resolve a plus.
  • Excellent writing and grammar skills is required
  • Communicate effectively; verbally and written
  • Firm grasp of available tools and platforms in the social media space
  • Organize and prioritize daily tasks to meet critical deadlines in a timely manner
  • Monitor projects and create reports
  • Show assertiveness and initiative
