Tasks

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy, aligning with the company’s objectives and budget. Oversee marketing activities on platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and the company blog.

  • Create, schedule, and manage content across YouTube, Instagram, and the company blog, ensuring it appeals to the target audience and aligns with the marketing strategy.
  • Review informative blog articles, SEO, and the target audience.
  • Oversee and collaborate with the graphic designer, web developer, and video editor to create compelling and visually appealing content across different platforms.
  • Implement and monitor SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
  • Analyze the performance of content across all platforms, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement. Track and report on key marketing KPIs.
  • Build and manage relationships with followers, customers, and industry peers through regular engagement on social media platforms and the blog.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve optimal results.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience as Marketing Coordinator
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Proven experience in both marketing management and content creation for digital platforms.
  • Strong content creation skills, with experience in writing, editing, and SEO.
  • Proficiency in using HubSpot for marketing automation, content management, and analytics.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • In-depth understanding of social media platforms like YouTube and Instagram, including content creation, scheduling, and performance analysis.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data from web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) for actionable insights.
