We’re looking for a Content Lead to join our growing Marketing Team at Parabola. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll be leading the strategy, planning, creation of and distribution of marketing content. With the goal of engaging and distributing towards our target audiences, you’ll have the opportunity to build and scale a content function from the ground up. Laddering to core marketing and business goals, you’ll own KPIs related to brand growth, website engagement, pipeline generation and revenue acceleration.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Define and activate our brand messaging, voice and tone across our website, assets and relevant channels.
  • Develop quarterly editorial plans & thematic calendars, linked to deliverables and company goals.
  • Unlock new growth channels (organic search, thought leadership, etc) in pursuit of brand growth.
  • Collaborate with product marketing, design and other cross-functional teams to create a best-in-class website and other key assets.
  • Intentionally ideate and execute integrated content campaigns to drive demand across all phases of the customer journey (partnering with demand gen, business development, sales, CX and product).
  • Track content performance metrics and seek customer feedback to continuously improve content quality and relevance.

What (we Think) You’ll Need To Do It

  • 4-7 years of content marketing experience at high growth B2B SaaS companies.
  • Track record of delivering on organic growth goals (brand, website, pipeline), building audience through intentional content distribution.
  • An exception writing ability with creative story telling across a variety of formats & mediums.
  • Cross-functional leadership/collaboration and ability to take a vision from strategy to execution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills possessing the ability to engage with a broad range of clients, prospects and colleagues.

Nice to haves:

  • Experience selling into operations, logistics, supply chain, finance and marketing teams at Retail/D2C brands or Freight/Logistics companies.
  • Experience with marketing, content, design and project management software (Hubspot, Webflow, Salesforce, Figma, Linear/Notion, etc).

Salary Range: $130,000 – $180,000
