As the Email Content Manager at EMF, you will be responsible for crafting captivating email campaigns that engage and connect audiences with EMF brands like K-LOVE, Air1, WTA, and AccessMore through email marketing.

You will be the mastermind behind the scenes, executing every creative detail of the email content strategy, from planning and building campaigns to analyzing and reporting on email metrics. This role requires a deep understanding of email marketing best practices and the ability to optimize email content for maximum impact.

Responsibilities:

• Execute daily email campaigns using the Paradot Marketing platform.
• Plan, build, test, schedule, and monitor email marketing campaigns.
• Devise and conduct A/B tests to improve subject lines, copy, design, and images.
• Analyze and report on email metrics to make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-departmental teams, including business and technical team leaders.

Qualifications:

Must-Haves:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in email and digital marketing.
• Demonstrated experience in creating, optimizing, distributing, and managing email campaigns.
• Experience using email marketing platforms; experience with Paradot preferred.
• Experience in digital campaigns with an understanding of best practices and metrics (e.g., SEO practices).
• Experience with cross-departmental collaboration with business and technical team leaders.

Should-Haves:

• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop and InDesign (preferred).
• Knowledge of HTML (preferred).
• Detail-oriented with experience in AP Style (a plus).
