Our Content Manager, Partnerships will report to our Director of Digital Content. They will be part of a dynamic team working closely with marketing, partnerships and creative to create best-in-class digital partnerships content.

The primary responsibility will be to plan, produce and publish sponsored content elements across digital required to fill sales commitments. A key objective will be the successful implementation and ongoing service of partnerships content. There is the potential for this position to build out a team with the addition of further partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategy and execution of partnerships content for all owned digital media across TGL and TMRW (web, app and social)
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between TGL / TMRW Sports departments and our partners to produce and execute all digital aspects of partnership agreements
  • Responsible for day-to-day tasks such as relationship management, partnership operations and digital activations, including web, app and social
  • Assist the successful integration of new partners and service content needs as required
  • Ensure the contractual fulfilment of all digital elements within each partner agreement and maintain detailed reporting on key performance indicators
  • Work with the partnerships team to help define key performance indicators for each partner (for TGL/TMRW and our partners).
  • Prepare recommendations to enhance existing agreements and report against key performance indicators to assist the delivery of sponsor value.
  • Help identify potential content opportunities to deliver on partnership objectives
  • Adhere to TGL and TMRW brand values

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in marketing, journalism, communications or related field
  • At least three years’ experience in partnership management (preferably in the sports industry)
  • Experience working with talent required (preferably sports and particularly golf)
  • Experience working on-site at events to produce content
  • Experience creating, managing and reporting against multiplatform digital properties (web, app and social)
  • Ability to communicate effectively both internally within departments and externally with agencies and partners
