As a contractor on this team, your primary responsibility will be to administer the content management approval workflow for files submitted by Content Owners on the Wealth Management Internet site.

You will also manage support submitted via our dedicated Microsoft Team and Group Mailbox. Other responsibilities include providing guidance to our “tech champions” via MS Teams leveraging enterprise product support material and sharing/posting IT Communications via MS Viva Engage (Yammer).

Qualifications:

  • Must have content management experience with updating websites and be familiar with SharePoint 2019 or SharePoint Online.
  • Assist with typical intranet content management responsibilities with the existing site, including reviewing Content Owner file submissions to ensure appropriate metadata/tags have been applied and approving content as part of the content submission workflow.
  • Attend Content Administrator/Owner Training to learn how to use the intranet platform.
  • Assist with creating training material to support our WM Intranet Content Owners with the new intranet platform/process.
  • Create new intranet content using Akumina platform widgets/templates and SharePoint Online.
  • Assist with pulling intranet site metrics (depends on the candidate and skillset – not required).
  • Work with the broader team to complete other intranet-related or workplace technology-related tasks in support of projects and initiatives.
  • Share enterprise communications via MS Viva Engage (Yammer).
  • Perform document library analysis using MS Excel or Power BI.
  • Administer Content Owner onboarding tasks.

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience working with the Microsoft 365 Product Suite, including Teams and Viva Engage (Yammer).
  • Experience with Microsoft Power BI or Google Analytics is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Excel.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Work with the broader team to complete other intranet-related tasks in support of projects.
