Responsive is looking for a seasoned Content Marketing Manager — reporting to the Director of Integrated Marketing — to play a critical role in executing our global content strategy across all marketing channels to elevate the Responsive brand and fuel pipeline. The ideal candidate will be both a strategist and creator, driving the production of compelling content that resonates with our target audiences, establishes Responsive as a category leader in Strategic Response Management (SRM), and advances opportunities for our GTM team.
As the Content Marketing Manager, you will:
- Develop human-centered content across various channels and formats (blogs, web pages, webinars, social media, videos, and more) to support integrated, ABM, growth, event, product, customer, and lifecycle marketing strategies
- Tailor global integrated marketing campaigns by merchandising content for priority segments, channels, and audiences
- Work cross-functionally with channel owners to support key projects with on-brand content
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Integrated Marketing to shape and manage a robust editorial calendar
- Manage existing content library to ensure content stays timely, relevant, and effective
- Measure and report on content performance to continuously optimize the content marketing strategy
What you’ll need to be successful in this role:
- Top-notch writing and editing skills. You’ll not only be contributing to strategy, but also putting pen to paper on a daily basis. Video production experience is a plus
- An understanding of B2B audiences across all business sizes: SMB, mid-market, and enterprise
- A solid foundation in SEO and blog writing best practices
- Exceptional project management skills. You’ll be balancing multiple projects at the same time with a variety of stakeholders
- A growth mindset. You need to constantly learn, improve, and adapt
- Prioritization, organization, and time management
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to thrive in a remote-first environment
Required experience:
- 3-5 years in B2B content marketing, preferably in SaaS
The compensation range for this role is $88,000-$130,000 On-Target Earnings (base + bonuses), depending on experience and location.
