Content Manager

Foureyes

You are a storyteller at your core. Like reading code in The Matrix, you see unique and creative story ideas and opportunities where others don’t – whether that’s from exploring data sets, reading between the lines of anecdotal insights and feedback, or riffing and translating your own observations of the world into fully-baked stories for automotive.

This Foureyes Content Manager role doesn’t just tell the stories of Foureyes, but the stories of (and for) our automotive audience. In other words, you’re creating stories and content that clearly articulates how the Foureyes product value ties to the values of our audience’s business.

In short, you see yourself as a creator who doesn’t like to be limited by traditional marketing tactic silos.

Responsibilities

Based on your experience, you are able to bring these stories to life via a variety of ways – email, social, blog, webinars, video, and other copywriting and basic design – to generate audience demand, interest, education, and awareness across the automotive industry.

  • Identify, plan, produce, and manage stories in a variety of formats including email, paid and organic social, video, data studies, webinars, landing pages, one-pagers, direct mailers, blog posts, etc.
  • Develop and maintain an editorial calendar and content project plan that feeds into the broader Growth Team Campaign Calendar.
  • Develop relationships and engage with stakeholders across the data science, sales, customer experience, and product teams to ideate, uncover, and pursue value stories at the intersections of our data, products, and audiences’ business.
  • Manage our social media channel content, including creating, publishing, engaging, and monitoring conversations and other industry news.
  • Become a subject matter expert on where and how our target audience engages and with which types of information and formats.
  • Comfortable with change, including flexibility and energy to thrive in a dynamic startup environment driven by an ever-changing automotive industry

Qualifications

  • You have a demonstrated track record (3+ years) of identifying, creating, and managing the storytelling process that drives brand awareness, and builds and captures demand.

  • You’ve spent time in an agency, a startup, or a fast-paced environment requiring you to juggle numerous tasks, clients, or projects at once.
  • You have strong communication skills. Whether you’re writing an email or presenting a report, you are comfortable and clear talking with people at all levels.
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments, possess the grit to push through obstacles, and are ready to roll up your sleeves wherever needed. You love seeing ideas come to life.
  • You’re a team player and are always willing to step up to the plate or provide a helping hand. Your teammates and manager can depend on you to provide feedback or share ideas in a positive and supportive manner.
