As our Content Manager, you’ll spearhead the management and strategic evolution of our digital content and asset production. You’ll lead key initiatives to enhance our content delivery systems, utilizing platforms like Highspot, WordPress, Oktopost, Canva, and SharePoint. Your expertise will drive critical SEO and web metadata strategies, ensuring our digital presence reaches and engages our global audience effectively.

Location: We are open to this role being fully remote, with a strong preference for candidates based in the Eastern Time Zone.

What You’ll Do

Web Content & CMS Management:

  • Develop and refine web content strategies, ensuring alignment with our core mission of safety and sustainability.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and external agencies to produce impactful content that reflects our leadership in the industry.

Content Production & Technology Oversight:

  • Champion the adoption and sophisticated use of content-related platforms and tools.
  • Craft and disseminate internal training materials to enhance skills across teams, establishing best practices in content creation and management.

SEO & Web Metadata Excellence:

  • Conduct regular audits and optimize strategies to bolster our web presence and digital footprint.
  • Implement cutting-edge practices in SEO to maximize reach and effectiveness.

Performance Measurement:

  • Analyze content performance to drive continuous improvement and report on metrics that matter, influencing future content strategies.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • Over 5 years of experience in content operations or digital content marketing, with a proven track record in managing complex content systems.
  • Ability to spearhead the development, management, and strategic evolution of our digital content and asset production.
  • Deep understanding of CMS, SEO best practices, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage multifaceted projects under tight deadlines.
  • A strategic thinker with a robust analytical approach, capable of turning insights into actionable growth strategies.
