As a Content Marketing Associate, you will play a vital role within our marketing team, collaborating closely with various departments including demand generation, product marketing, design, marketing operations, and sales.

Your primary objective will be to identify and develop effective messaging and positioning strategies to support client retention and drive new sales.

This role demands exceptional writing and editing skills, adaptability, keen attention to detail, organizational prowess, consistent follow-up, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Successful candidates will excel in communication, relationship-building, and possess a passion for crafting dynamic and innovative content across various formats, including ebooks, fact sheets, product brochures, blog posts, web copy, email copy, social media copy, and more.


  • Research, plan, and craft content spanning from blogs to comprehensive eBooks on topics relevant to our clients.
  • Deliver high-quality, innovative writing that aligns with the company’s and market’s messaging, contributing to our market positioning.
  • Edit and maintain the quality of email copy, social media copy, ad copy, and more.
  • Contribute to projects aimed at enhancing our website and, specifically, content that drives search engine optimization.
  • Conduct interviews with internal and external thought leaders, including customers, to explore trends, successes, and future innovations. Produce content that nurtures stronger relationships with clients and prospects, compelling them to take action.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the success and completion of marketing-related projects using tools like Jira.

Education and Experience:

  • BS/MS degree in marketing or journalism.
  • Experience in the fintech industry is a plus.
