Hearth is looking for a Content Marketing Manager to build compelling content that will help source and activate our home improvement contractors.  

Reporting into the VP of marketing, this role will define strategy and be responsible for day-to-day execution.  If you’re passionate about SMBs, want to have a clear impact on company growth, and are excited to be part of an industry leading Marketing team, this role is for you.

Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Generate compelling content that generates leads in a scalable, quantifiable manner that leads to business growth (Blogs, Case studies, landing pages, etc)

  • Increase activation of key products for existing customers by creating assets that make it easy to get started (Templates, Videos, FAQs, etc)

  • Source and build relationships with our contractors to generate testimonials, case studies, and generate ideas for other content

  • Directly manage our website (WordPress) and Social Media accounts and partner with Demand Generation/SEO to increase lead flow

  • Analyze results and set strategy for existing or new channels to prioritize

  • Partner with Lifecycle Marketing, Demand Generation, Sales, Customer Success, and Product to build campaigns or processes to distribute and utilize the materials you create

You may be a fit for this role if you:

  • 2-4+ years of SMB marketing experience at high growth technology companies (Experience with contractors a large plus)

  • Track record of successful content outcomes with quantifiable metrics (leads, adoption rates, etc)

  • Prior experience building Case Studies, wed/landing pages, Blogs, Videos, Sales Collateral, Social Media posts, etc (with examples)

  • Experience managing external contractors for content creation (this is an individual contributor role with the opportunity to manage internal resources over time)

  • Hands on experience with WordPress, Google Analytics + Mode, Video creation software, and/or equivalents

The expected compensation range for this position is displayed in compliance with all local/state regulations. The expected compensation range for this position is based on a number of factors, including but not limited to: individual education, qualifications, and prior work experience.

The pay range for this role is: 85,000 – 110,000 USD per year (Remote – United States)
