As a Content Marketing Manager in a small but growing Marketing team, you’ll be responsible for delivering compelling content and messaging that resonates with our audiences throughout their journey with us.

You will drive content strategy, create and curate compelling narratives, operationalize a pipeline of multimedia content, and distribute it on the appropriate channels. It’s through our content that you’ll produce that will attract, educate, and engage our prospects and customers.

You will be working closely with and reporting directly to the Sr. Director of Marketing. This is an opportunity to get in early with a well-capitalized startup.

About You

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to be versatile—with an eye for quality messaging, become familiar with our target audiences, and understand how to effectively communicate with them.

Specifically, you’ll need to have demonstrated competency in:

  • Project Management
  • Copy Writing
  • Content and Campaign Development
  • Graphic Design
  • Video Editing
  • Web Design and CSS

Your Responsibilities

  • Campaign and content development—you’ll come up with ideas for campaigns themes and the content that needs to be produced for it.
  • Project management—you’ll need to wrangle internal and external stakeholders as well as external production partners to hit deadlines.
  • Content promotion and distribution—creating great content is only half the battle. You’ll need to get it in font of the right people and grow our organic followers and traffic.
  • Short form copywriting—you’ll write punchy and compelling social post captions, subject lines, email copy, and web copy.
  • General writing and planning—you’ll outline, write, and edit blog articles.
  • Copy editing—you’ll be the default editor for others, make them look good.
  • Content repurposing—you can repackage content from one channel or format to others
  • Graphic design—you know how to make things look good. We use Canva and sometimes Figma.
  • Video editing and production—you don’t need to be George Lucas, but you’ll take an hour-long webinar, find 3-5 gems and cut them into compelling Reels with captions.
  • Generative AI—you’ll lean into AI and tech to enhance your workflow and be a brainstorming partner.
  • Webinar production—plan and host live and recorded webinars with customer interviews, panel discussions, and prepared presentations.

Please note that we are only accepting candidates who are authorized to work in the United States or Canada. The expected salary range for this position is: $67.5k – $90k USD.
