We’re hiring a Content Marketing Manager, someone who can seamlessly blend creativity with strategy, to drive our inbound marketing initiatives as well as provide air support for our outbound efforts!

Your expertise will play a pivotal role in crafting compelling and relevant content that educates our target audience. Through social media and blog content, you’ll drive lead generation and engagement.

.In this role, you’ll focus on

  • Strategy Design: Devise and implement content marketing strategies tailored to our target audience in the real estate investment space. This involves analyzing current market trends, understanding the competition, and setting short-term objectives to position our brand effectively within the digital landscape. Your aim is to ensure a consistent and impactful message across all platforms
  • Content Creation: Lead and coordinate content marketing initiatives aimed at achieving key business objectives for both external channels (social media, industry sites, etc.) and internal collateral (blog, email, white pages, etc.). This means not just generating content, but ensuring it aligns with our company’s goals and brand voice. Collaborate closely with design and writing teams to ensure content is visually appealing and resonates with our target audience
  • Editorial Management: Establish and manage a dynamic editorial calendar to plan and track content across various stages of development. Delegating responsibilities effectively and ensuring deadlines are met will be crucial. Your role will involve motivating and inspiring team members to consistently produce captivating content, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence
  • Content Quality Control: Regularly review, proofread, and refine published content. Ensure that it upholds our brand’s standards, is free of errors, and conveys the intended message. This will involve close collaboration with content creators and other stakeholders, such as freelance partners, Product, Customer Support and Sales leadership, to provide constructive feedback and ensure revisions are executed effectively
  • SEO & Analytics: Actively integrate SEO best practices into content creation to maximize visibility on search engines. Regularly review performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, adjusting strategies based on these data-driven insights to boost organic reach and engagement
  • Traffic Analysis: Monitor web traffic metrics to understand content performance. This involves not only tracking views but also understanding engagement levels, user behavior, and the effectiveness of calls-to-action. Regularly report results and insights to the Director of Marketing. Use these insights to refine content strategies and make data-informed decisions on future content directions
  • Content Dissemination: Take charge of content distribution across a multitude of channels, ensuring maximum online visibility. This involves understanding the nuances of each platform, tailoring content accordingly, and leveraging partnerships or promotions to expand reach. Moreover, actively engage with our audience, sourcing feedback to understand their needs and preferences, and using this feedback to inspire fresh content ideas

Requirements

  • Relevant Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on, professional experience in content marketing for B2B SaaS companies.
  • Writing Expertise: Demonstrable skills in crafting engaging, clear, and compelling content across different platforms – with exceptional grammatical accuracy and creativity
  • Social Media Management: Proven experience in managing and optimizing company presence on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram. Ability to create, curate, and manage published content that resonates with the brand’s audience
  • SEO Knowledge: Proficiency in SEO best practices to ensure content is discoverable and ranks well on search engines
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to use tools like Google Analytics to assess content performance and adapt strategies accordingly
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Technological Proficiency: Familiarity with content management systems like WordPress, and other marketing software/tools
  • Collaboration: Ability to work seamlessly within cross-functional teams to gather content requirements and context, incorporating feedback and aligning with company goals

  • Specialized Degree: A degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or a related field could be beneficial
  • Design Fundamentals: A basic understanding of design principles and tools like Adobe Creative Suite, which can help in creating visually compelling content
  • Content Promotion: Experience with paid promotion strategies, like Facebook ads or Google AdWords
  • Industry-Specific Knowledge: Previous work in a real estate investment tech or similar industry can provide an edge, as it reduces the learning curve
  • Multimedia Skills: Abilities in video production, podcasting, or other multimedia content creation can be a valuable asset in diversifying content strategies

Salary At our organization, we prioritize pay equity, transparency, and equal opportunities for career development. The salary range for this role is $65,000-$80,000, determined based on professional experience and mastery of the role responsibilities.
