We are looking for a creative Content Marketing Manager to lead our content strategy and execution efforts. This role will be instrumental in creating compelling content that educates, inspires, and captivates our audience, ultimately driving awareness, engagement, and accelerated sales cycles for the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business objectives and target audience personas.
  • Content Creation: Create a wide range of high-quality content including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, ebooks, infographics, videos, and more that resonate with our target audience and showcase our expertise and relevance in solving their problems.
  • SEO and Content Optimization: Optimize content for search engines and user experience, conducting keyword research and leveraging SEO best practices to increase organic visibility and traffic.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, developer relations, and external agencies in a managerial and editorial capacity to ensure content aligns with overall marketing initiatives and supports GTM efforts.
  • Content Distribution and Promotion: Develop distribution plans to ensure content reaches the right audience through various channels including social media, email marketing, communities, and content syndication.
  • Performance Analysis: Measure and analyze content performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Semrush, and Google Search Console to refine strategies and maximize impact.
  • Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Stay abreast of identity and access management trends, competitor content strategies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation in content marketing efforts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • 3+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably within the B2B SaaS or identity and access management industry.
  • Proven track record of creating impactful content across various formats and channels.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and content optimization strategies.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (e.g.Contentful, Storyblok) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Semrush).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience with editing content, with an eye for detail.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas, communicate them appropriately to external teams, and execute the ideas themselves.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
