The B2B Content Marketing Manager will leverage a profound understanding of our primary audiences to strategically craft content that not only attracts but also engages and retains HealthEquity’s clients, brokers, and health plan partners.

Given the inherent complexity of employer benefits, your role will entail simplifying industry topics and elucidating the value that HealthEquity delivers. By synergizing your expertise with our brand’s positioning and voice, you will elevate our Marketing programs and campaigns, ultimately inspiring better benefits decisions and enhancing healthcare savings across America.

What Your Role Entails:

  • Collaborating with Marketing and B2B leaders to comprehend their objectives and the audiences they serve.
  • Continuously enhancing the projects you contribute to by consulting with program leaders and offering insights into the role of content in achieving their goals.
  • Closely evaluating and enhancing the impact of B2B content at HealthEquity, actively researching and recommending the most effective content types and channels for our business audiences.
  • Integrating HealthEquity’s value proposition and persona research into content creation, consistently producing audience-centric pieces that bolster awareness and foster deeper engagement with potential employers.
  • Streamlining content creation for unique verticals and business sizes, expanding our repository of case studies and examples to better align with the requirements of our Sales teams and their audiences.
  • Staying abreast of challenges, opportunities, and industry trends, and incorporating these insights into valuable long-form articles, whitepapers, and webinars.
  • Distilling HealthEquity’s distinctive value into compelling conversion copy, collaborating effectively to generate thought-provoking advertisements, emails, landing pages, and conducting frequent testing to stand out in a competitive marketplace.
  • Contributing to annual research planning to augment HealthEquity’s understanding of the impact of benefits on workers’ health and financial security.
  • Serving as an ambassador for our brand voice, actively contributing to and refining our style guide to disseminate best practices among HealthEquity writers.
  • Cultivating trusted relationships with internal clients, brokers, and health plan partner subject matter experts, drawing upon their expertise to enhance the quality and authenticity of your work.
  • Guiding Content Marketing team best practices, generously sharing the lessons learned through your projects and fostering collaboration throughout the company.

Qualifications for Success:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or relevant experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in content creation and/or content management roles.
  • Proficiency in defining projects from ideation to completion.
  • Effective executive communication skills.
  • Thoughtful in delivering feedback and graceful in receiving it.
  • A desire to test new ideas, iterate rapidly, and collaborate within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • The ability to differentiate between activity and productivity, prioritizing the latter.
  • Familiarity with personas and the capability to adapt copy for a variety of audiences.

Location: Remote

Salary Range: $86,500 to $134,000 per year

Benefits & Perks: The compensation range represents the typical minimum and maximum base pay range for this position. The actual compensation offer will be determined based on job-related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location.
