The Hilb Group is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious ­­­­ Content and Partnerships Manager to join our team. This position will report to our agency located in Cranston, RI. The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This is a remote position.


  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the practice’s goals, target audience, and brand voice.
  • Write, edit, and produce a variety of content types, including HR-Alerts, Practice Pointers, e-Books, blog posts, Knowledge Hub articles, social media posts, infographics, and more.
  • Manage and maintain editorial content calendars to ensure consistent and timely content delivery.
  • Work with our outsourced SEO to ensure that our content is optimized for search engines to improve organic visibility and drive traffic.
  • Foster engagement with the Knowledge Hub, LinkedIn and Workvivo (CONNECT) interactions, comments, and feedback.
  • Utilize various distribution channels (social media, email marketing, newsletters) to maximize content reach.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including leadership, Hilb Group corporate marketing, and subject matter experts, to gather insights and create compelling content.
  • Ensure all content is accurate, engaging, and adheres to brand and practice guidelines.
  • Develop and execute internal communication plans to ensure consistent and transparent communication of our practice highlighting our services throughout Hilb Group.
  • Provide HR Consulting team with the necessary training, resources, and support to support ensure they can effectively represent and sell our value-add partnership products/services.


  • Education – bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (HR experience is required.)
  • 7-10 years relevant experience
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with an eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and familiarity with SEO tools.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Creativity and a passion for storytelling.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
