As a Consumer Content Specialist, you are responsible for leading projects end-to-end, from the initial start until the introduction in the Market, or internal delivery, by gaining agreements on and achieving project scope and objectives while balancing schedule, cost, quality, requirements.

Your role:

  • Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of user content projects, while ensuring that all projects are delivered the first time right, on-time, within scope and budget.
  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, ensuring delivery feasibility and developing a detailed project plan to track progress.
  • Using appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and content changes and measuring project performance using Agile systems, tools, and techniques.
  • Managing the relationship with internal customers, effectively managing, and obtaining approvals from all stakeholders, while performing risk management.

You’re the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired 3+ years of experience in content creation, specifically around user manuals, packaging, and artwork and direct experience with continuous improvement and/or a continuous improvement mindset (experience and knowledge of printing – a plus).
  • Your skills include the ability to foresee and address problems proactively, you have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to communicate with stakeholders.
  • You have a bachelor’s degree in consumer-oriented education, Business, Marketing, Sociology or Psychology.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position
  • You’re have a strong drive to put the customer first, are highly detailed, can manage multiple complex tasks at once and are a proactive and strong influencer.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position is $69,160 to $127,680, annually.  The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.  

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.  Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
