As a Digital and Content Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing and content strategies to achieve the organization’s marketing and business objectives.

The Digital and Content Strategist develops and implements marketing initiatives that grow brand awareness and online engagement through various channels.

As a key player in our organization, you will have the opportunity to shape the direction of our brand and play a critical role in achieving our business objectives.

What To Expect:

  1. Develop Comprehensive Digital Marketing Strategies: Create digital marketing strategies for both global and localized campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive revenue growth.

  2. Content Audits and Competitive Analysis: Conduct in-depth content audits and competitive analyses to identify content gaps and opportunities.

  3. Social Media Knowledge: Possess knowledge of various social media platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Meta, and TikTok Business.

  4. Analytics Expertise: Understand and apply Google Analytics and Google Ads to track and analyze website traffic and conversion rates, optimizing ROI and KPIs.

  5. Reporting: Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

  6. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies with business goals.

  7. Channel Management: Manage social media accounts, email marketing campaigns, and other distribution channels.

  8. Content Curation: Curate content for various social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency and engagement.

  9. Trend Monitoring: Monitor social media trends and implement strategies to increase followers, interactions, and brand awareness across trending platforms.

  10. Audience Engagement: Engage with audiences and respond to messages and inquiries.

  4. Experience: Proven experience in digital marketing and content strategy, preferably in a marketing agency, to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and meet client expectations.

  5. Vendor Collaboration: Collaborate with external partners and vendors as needed.

  6. Creative Thinking: Ability to generate innovative content ideas.

  7. Project Management: Strong project management and organizational skills.

Held Accountable To: Performance indicators such as social media engagement and reach, marketing ROI, brand reputation, online presence, graphic and content creation, customer engagement, and lead generation.

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within an agency.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools like Google Analytics and Google Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data.

  • Proficiency in graphic design and content creation tools is a plus.

Physical Demands: May require lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 35 lbs.

Travel: Approximately 10% or more, including company and leadership meetings.

Location: The role allows for remote work, with a home office allowance provided.
