CADY is looking for a Content Strategist to join our dynamic Marketing team. In this role, you’ll lead CADY’s content and brand strategy across all consumer communication platforms, ensuring that our messaging is clear, relevant, and resonates with our audience throughout their journey.

What You’ll Do:
- Craft and execute content strategies using storytelling and positioning to drive education, engagement, and product adoption.
- Develop content across traditional and digital platforms, including writing, editing, and execution.
- Evolve the current brand direction and establish clear guidelines for voice, tone, and messaging.
- Create content strategies tailored to our consumer audiences, including Seniors, Underclass, Cap & Gown, and Graduation segments.
- Lead content creation and oversight for product launch campaigns, covering traditional media, email, social media, and website platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with marketing and business strategies, ensuring it resonates throughout the customer buying journey.
- Provide guidance to internal and external content contributors to ensure content aligns with the message and deadlines.
- Maintain editorial calendars, style guides, taxonomies, and content migration plans.
- Offer direction on channel selection for content delivery and measure customer engagement to assess content strategy effectiveness.
- Create flow charts for user journeys and content wireframes to visually communicate your vision to designers, production teams, and development teams.
- Establish clear copy standards and documentation for team members, aiding in the distribution process and governance.
- Analyze analytics data and collaborate with the customer service team to adapt content to meet customer needs and address pain points.
- Work with the Marketing team to craft compelling content and messaging to achieve Average Order and Sell Through Rate goals.
- Collaborate with the UX and UI Design team to identify best practices for displaying content on our web platforms.
- Develop, create, and manage the editorial calendar.
- Ensure messaging consistency across platforms and campaigns.
- Keep the style guide up to date and enforce best practices and consistent language and tone of voice across all content.
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a content strategist, content writer, or content designer.
- Strong communication, strategic thinking, and storytelling skills.
- Understanding of Figma or wireframing software is a plus.
- Prepared portfolio of work that showcases your strategy and writing abilities.
- Ability to interpret client needs and provide creative solutions.
- Willing and able to commute to our CADY Innovation Center in Alpharetta, GA (hybrid – 4 days in the office).
