Job Description:

  • Write and develop engaging content for a diverse range of clients and platforms, including social media, websites, blogs, fact sheets, reports, ad campaigns, infographics, and more.
  • Collaborate with team leads to create and execute outreach content and activities.
  • Work closely with our research, graphic design, and editing teams to produce compelling visuals and graphics that complement written content.
  • Provide coordination and administrative support for projects and ensure timely and successful project delivery by collaborating with team members.
  • Assist in managing clients’ social media content and activities and contribute to the development of engaging social media strategies.
  • Conduct research to stay up-to-date with the latest trends in content marketing and digital media.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • BA/BS in communications, English, digital marketing, journalism, environmental science, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in copywriting, content creation, and/or social media management.
  • Proven communication, writing, and content development skills.
  • Ability to make technical topics (science, policy) engaging and accessible without compromising accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage tight deadlines while delivering high-quality work.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
  • An eye for art direction and experience with creative production is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, social media management platforms, and content creation tools is a plus.

Compensation:

  • Annual Salary: $50,000 – $60,000
