Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth research on industry-related topics to develop original content.
• Proofread content to identify errors and inconsistencies.
• Edit and enhance existing content to improve readability.
• Perform keyword research and apply SEO best practices to increase website traffic.
• Create engaging headlines and body copy that capture the target audience’s attention.
• Identify customer needs and recommend new content to address gaps in the company’s current content.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of Customer Service experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of technical writing experience.

Preferred Skills:

• ASE certification is a plus.
• Experience working in an automotive repair facility or dealership.
• Experience in customer support operations with an emphasis on automotive services after-sales support.
• Automotive technical training or equivalent work experience in the automotive field.
• Knowledge of vehicle mechanics and workings.
• Ability to handle calls and chats from dealers.

Professional Skills:

• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and basic computer skills.

Compensation:

The compensation at Accenture varies depending on factors such as office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. Specific hourly rates for this role are as follows:

• Colorado: $24.20 – $24.20
• New York: $23.00 – $29.70
• California: $24.20 – $29.60
• Washington: $24.80 – $24.80
