WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

As a Content Writer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting compelling and engaging external and internal content that resonates with our audience, ensuring its consistent adoption, expansion, and ongoing use across various platforms. Moreover, this role will involve proactively monitoring content performance, nurturing audience relationships, and strategizing to reduce content attrition.

The Content Writer will strive to comprehend and align with client objectives, weaving them seamlessly into our content to build brand advocates and facilitate impactful outcomes by consistently unlocking the value of our offerings. Our Content Writers serve as strategic consultants, brainstorming innovative approaches to problem-solving and offering solutions that drive content effectiveness.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

  • Researching industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews, and studies)
  • Writing clear marketing copy to promote our products/services
  • Proofreading and editing external facing content before publication
  • Submitting work to marketing leaders for input and approval
  • Coordinating with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles
  • Conducting simple keyword research and using SEO guidelines to increase web traffic
  • Identifying customers’ needs and recommending new content to address gaps in the company’s current content
  • Developing sales outreach content/messaging

WHAT YOU BRING TO CLICKDIMENSIONS

  • Proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or similar role
  • Portfolio of published articles
  • Experience doing research using multiple sources
  • Familiarity with web publications
  • Excellent writing and editing skills in English
  • Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g., WordPress)
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Experience working in SAAS or related field.
  • Experience with B2B sales and marketing
  • Creativity and the ability to develop original content
