Axos is seeking a creative Content and UX Writer to support our UX and Marketing teams. This is an opportunity to write engaging and clear lending, B2B, B2C, and customer experience content for enrollment screens, webpages, emails, finance articles, mobile app, social media, paid ads, print media, white papers, webinars, and marketing assets.

We are looking for a self-starter and team player with strong writing skills who is eager to learn and grow in the financial services industry. This Content Writer will have a unique opportunity to help shape the content and customer experience strategy for the teams that make up our growing mortgage and high net-worth financial services business.

Responsibilities

  • Write and edit clear, engaging, well-written content for digital enrollment screens, chat, SMS, IVR, online banking, blog articles, and mobile app messaging
  • Draw on industry best practices, current events and trends, customer needs, and company objectives to generate ideas for engaging content that provides a best-in-class customer experience
  • Ensure consistency of brand voice and tone and .expand our messaging for various customer personas
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer feedback, sentiment, and social engagement metrics, and offer suggestions for improvement
  • Complete drafts/edits of content and finished projects within deadlines
  • Work closely with marketing specialists, business unit leaders and members of the marketing, UI/UX and communications teams
  • Manage and track a heavy workload of multiple projects while juggling shifting priorities
