We are seeking a Director of Content to accelerate Rula’s original content efforts and support growth across all our audiences (patient, provider, and partner). This role reports to our Director of Integrated Marketing and is responsible for developing and building on a comprehensive content strategy.

You will collaborate with cross-functional Marketing partners to use content as a growth lever across channels and manage a team dedicated to original content creation.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience working in content, editorial, content strategy, writing
  • Experience developing SEO editorial content strategies
  • Experience creating and overseeing a variety of content types: long-form articles, videos, short-form SEO content, interactive content, infographics, etc.
  • Experience working on cross-functional Marketing teams
  • Strong people management skills
  • Exceptional written communication skills
  • Work samples that reflect your strengths in managing teams developing high-quality content

  • Experience developing health-related content
  • Ability to work effectively with Product and Product Marketing teams to develop content
  • Experience in journalism
  • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, English, Marketing Communications, Writing, or a related subject
