As the Director of Content Strategy for Cirkul, you will be responsible for developing impactful and innovative campaigns for the Cirkul brand.
You will think big and know how to develop insights that bring creative briefs to life and inspire a team to push the boundaries of innovation toward the best-in-class digital presence.
What does an average day look like?
- Driving Results: Create captivating content to deliver high-quality, customer focused content across our digital channels.
- Taking Ownership: Conceptualize and lead content strategies, ideas, campaigns and initiatives designed to increase brand awareness, positions, and drive conversion across digital channels.
- Making Decisions: Serve as a hands-on leader in supporting the development and implementation of our content strategy across our marketing organization.
- Cultivating Relationships: Collaborate with internal content, creative, growth, and social teams to align and deliver a captivating story on the Cirkul brand.
- Instilling Trust: Stay ahead of trends in social and digital marketing, as well as, the hydration space to deliver original, innovative, and unique content.
- Customer Focus: Understand content and serve as a collaborator and leader with our content creators, bringing a creative story to our customers.
Qualifications
What background should you have?
- 5+ years of experience as a content creator with a passion to continue to collaborate, learn, and always lead the way to break the internet with new and exciting content.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or other related field.
- Winning mindset with an inclination toward action, urgency, and results.
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, capable of taking ownership, making quick decisions, and meeting stretch goals.
- Are a compelling communicator and storyteller with strong written, verbal and presentation skills, and the ability to build relationships and bring projects to life.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including social media strategies and content distribution.
