As a Global Content And Campaign Specialist, You Will Have The Opportunity To Tap Into Your Curiosity And Collaborate With Some Of The Most Innovative And Diverse People Around The World. Here, You Will Make An Impact By
- Supporting global communications strategy and tactical execution
- Coordinating global project, stakeholder and communications management efforts
- Assisting in the development of global communications plans, ensures alignment with internal and external stakeholders
- Producing owned content, including news releases, editorials, video stories, podcasts, social media campaigns and other content that advances the company’s priorities
- Managing brand influencer partnerships, agency relationship and content approvals
Your Skills And Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited university
- Five (5) years of combined experience including: communications, public relations, and project management with multiple stakeholders in a private, public, government or military environment
- Two (2) years of experience working with global teams
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Strong experience building relationships with internal and external partners and serving as a trusted communications consultant.
- Demonstrated skill with project coordination, relationship management and tactical execution in a cross-functional environment.
- Strong collaboration skills with ability to build and maintain strong relationships at multiple levels inside and outside the organization.
- Displays professional, confident, and positive demeanor, with ability to maintain poise under pressure.
- Excellent writing and verbal communications skills, presentation skills, interpersonal skills, and project management skills.
Work location:
