Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies aligned with the company’s goals and target audience.
- Lead the creation of high-quality, engaging, and informative content, including articles, blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, videos, infographics, etc.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, marketing team members, and external partners to gather information and insights for content creation.
- Ensure all content is optimized for SEO and follows best practices for online readability and engagement.
- Analyze content performance using relevant metrics and make data-driven adjustments to improve content effectiveness.
- Manage and mentor junior content team members, providing guidance and support to help them excel in their roles.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging content marketing techniques.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 1 year of experience in content marketing, with a focus on creating engaging and high-performing content.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt style and tone for different platforms and audiences.
- Proficiency in SEO and content optimization best practices.
- Demonstrated experience with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to measure and report on content performance using relevant KPIs.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proven ability to collaborate across teams and effectively communicate ideas.
