We are seeking a Manager, Content to join our team in the Long Island City office. In this role, your excellent communication and organizational skills will be key in ensuring our team onboard new clients thoroughly and successfully.

Your responsibilities will include coordinating the rest of the team as they onboard clients and scheduling employees to optimize our process. You will also manage ongoing client communications and train your team to communicate with clients, keeping the onboarding process on track. You’ll keep things organized to ensure a smooth and efficient process.

This role is hybrid in our Long Island City office.

What you’ll accomplish:

  • You will coordinate the team handling our new client (restaurant) onboarding, demonstrating your ability to schedule appropriately and ensure projects are completed on time.
  • You will set and optimize employee schedules to align with business demand, making sure we have the right people working at the right times.
  • You will communicate with other departments like Sales and Customer Success, employing your proactive communication skills and responsiveness.
  • You will use your problem-solving skills to handle last-minute changes, ensuring client satisfaction and successful onboarding experiences.
  • You will create, refine, and maintain metrics that measure the efficacy and effectiveness of your team and alert you to ongoing problems or blockers.

  • You have high proficiency with office computer applications, e.g. Excel, Word, etc

Bonus points:

  • You have previous experience in customer service, restaurant, or hospitality industry.
  • You have experience working within Salesforce and Zapier.
  • You have a love for food!

The salary for this role is $90,000 – $110,000
