As a Content Strategist at TIAA, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital experiences for our clients and participants.

Collaborating with design, product, development, and marketing teams, you will craft clear, concise, and user-friendly content that guides, informs, and educates our clients on making the best choices for their future financial security. Your contributions will support participants through their retirement journey and help strengthen TIAA’s design-led culture.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop clear and straightforward content that aligns with business goals and resonates with both internal and external audiences.
  • Conduct content audits and gap analyses to ensure consistency with industry best practices and enterprise needs.
  • Work with UX design and writing teams to ensure consistency and clarity across user experiences.
  • Research and analyze audience needs, preferences, and consumption habits to enhance content strategies.
  • Create content for various digital platforms, ensuring messaging is on-brand and benefits of TIAA’s products and services are effectively communicated.
  • Solve problems and improve user experiences in a complex, fast-paced financial environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of content strategy and/or content management experience required; 7+ years preferred.
  • Strong background in enterprise experience design, consumer product design, and mobile platform design in an agile delivery model.
  • Proficiency in Figma, InVision, and Miro.
  • Innovative mindset with a ‘test and learn’ mentality.
  • Strong skills in accountability, adaptability, collaboration, communication, critical thinking, and user experience design.

Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • 7+ years of content strategy and/or content management experience.
  • Experience in using Figma, InVision, and Miro.
  • Ability to innovate and embrace a ‘test and learn’ approach.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking ability.

Base Pay Range:

$121,200/year – $146,800/year
