The Senior Director of Content is responsible for the strategy and execution of all assets developed to represent and promote the DeepScribe brand and products. This is a decisive leader focused on gaining the attention of prospective customers and a variety of industry stakeholders, and ensuring the highest-possible quality of all materials.

Responsibilities

  • Stay up-to-date on DeepScribe solutions as well as healthcare delivery and AI advances within healthcare.
  • Develop and create new content ideas, and skilled at creating key content that not attracts an audience, but can also be efficiently repurposed into other assets – expanding interest and driving brand consistency.
  • Manage and lead the content team’s resources and people, including freelancers and/or staff, to optimize content volume and quality.
  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to content effectiveness, and adjust strategy and plans in response to results.
  • Develop and oversee a content and editorial calendar aligned with company sales, marketing, and branding goals.
  • Create and ensure strong, consistent branding and messaging.
  • Establish and/or secure DeepScribe as the industry’s category thought leader.
  • Drive and maintain SEO traction via the DeepScribe website and complementary online strategies.
  • Attract and influence prospect audiences and decision-makers.
  • Keep DeepScribe visible in the industry via media and press placement.
  • Oversee the highest-possible quality and consistency across all content assets.

Requirements

  • Minimum 12 years managing content and creative strategy and teams, preferably for technology brands. Healthcare experience required.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Deep experience writing, producing, and overseeing a variety of content assets including videos, website experiences, industry reports, surveys, whitepapers, blog posts, and one-pagers.
  • Understanding of audience personas, relevant marketing performance metrics, and content best practices – and the ability to craft and adjust content based on those inputs.
  • The experience (and all-for-one attitude) collaborating with executives, subject matter experts, web experts, designers, and video producers and editors.
  • Comprehensive marketing content experience including ad copy, SEO, and email campaigns.
  • Ability to run and manage brainstorm sessions with intended outcomes.
