The First Aid Beauty Social + Content Coordinator will gain hands-on experience at world-wide skincare brand while working on meaningful projects, interacting with a variety of stakeholders, and ensuring the brand is maintaining a relevant social presence.
Description
- Assist with the in-house creator program including creating contracts, briefs, sending and providing feedback, etc
- Develop a competitive content library on SharePoint including both photo and video content for organic social, paid media, and E-comm across core products and upcoming campaigns.
- Send weekly “content of the week” from all content streams to the appropriate stakeholders to leverage on paid media
- Assist the Social Media Manager & Creative Content + Production Manager in identifying social trends to inform in-house User Generated Content (UGC) creator content.
- Support the Social Media Manager & Creative Content + Production Manager with content direction for social media on a campaign basis
- Lead one-off UGC social requests, some of which require merchandise or external vendors
- Film and edit content at First Aid Beauty events and support the Social Media Manager with content strategy
- Create 1x trend driven / office content a week to TikTok including filming + editing
- Build relationships with UGC content creators from end to end and help manage curated product shipments.
- Manage the [email protected] and [email protected] email addresses and develop relationships with new creators
- Organize campaign content into existing image library.
- Assist the Creative Content + Production Manager with pulling swipe (inspo) for future shot lists.
- Work with designers on trend-forward community-driven content to be posted monthly
Job Qualifications
MUST HAVES:
- Experience in social media / sourcing UGC
- Ability to film and edit videos
Previous experience in Beauty is a plus
Starting Pay / Salary Range: $71,700.00 – $102,400.00 / year
