Job Title: Content Writer Contract Duration: 6+ Months Work Location: Greater Seattle, WA
Job Description:
- Create high-quality, well-researched, and original written content for Supply chain domain – Especially API, Business process and Tool guide..
- Collaborate with internal teams, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to develop content that aligns with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Employ a consistent tone and voice across all content pieces, ensuring brand consistency and establishing a strong brand identity.
- Edit and proofread content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, clarity, and style, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
- Collaborate with the editing team to refine and improve existing content, ensuring it meets the highest editorial standards.
- Revise and update content as needed to reflect current industry trends, changes, and developments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, design, and product, to ensure content is accurately represented and effectively integrated across various platforms.
- Respond to feedback and incorporate changes suggested by team members, stakeholders, or clients
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Content Writer or similar role.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience in authoring API documentation and reference guide
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Creativity and a passion for storytelling.

- Knowledge in Git Hub and markdown files.
