As the Web Content Specialist, your role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all web content updates across the global website.
Your responsibilities encompass a wide range of tasks, from overseeing new product campaigns to enhancing customer-facing user experiences (UX), copy, imagery, and functionality implementation. You will collaborate closely with the Platform Team and an external content outsourcing company, contributing to CMS-related projects and providing valuable support to the business.
Key Responsibilities:

Web Content Management:
- Maintain and update web content globally, ensuring accurate and timely execution of new product campaigns.
- Implement ongoing updates to improve customer-facing UX, copy, imagery, and functionality.
- Drive the successful implementation of new web features and functionalities.

Collaboration and Support:
- Collaborate with the Platform Team and external content outsourcing company on CMS-related projects.
- Provide training to internal teams and Content Administration function.
- Offer troubleshooting support and create work instruction tickets in Jira.
- Conduct Teams training on technical subjects and best practices.

Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Test new features for CMS systems, ensuring their functionality and compatibility with existing features.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and business validation testing.
- Collaborate with enhancement teams to test new functionalities on CMS platforms.

Future Platform Expansion:
- Maintain a forward-thinking approach to extending beyond current web platforms (e.g., Connected App, Brightcove, Adobe Target, Zoovu, etc.).
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience using CMS platforms, preferably AEM, Hybris, Magento, and/or Sitecore.
- Experience working with and managing offshore teams.
- Resilient, composed, and adept at overcoming challenges.
- Effective communicator and collaborator, thriving in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, and preferably familiar with the Atlassian suite.
